Tax Systems, a leading supplier of corporation tax software and services, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 is today being posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of K&L Gates, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF at 11:00 a.m. on 14 June 2017. A notice of this meeting is also being posted to shareholders and copies of this and the Annual Report are available on the Company's website (www.taxsystemsplc.co.uk).
