United Carpets Group plc (LSE: UCG), the third largest chain of specialist retail carpet and floor covering stores in the UK, announces that it is today posting to Shareholders the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2019 and it is also available on the Company's website at www.unitedcarpetsandbeds.com.
The Annual Report contains a notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at Moorhead House, Moorhead Way, Bramley, Rotherham, S66 1YY on 19 September 2019 at 12 noon.
