Nasstar, the cloud service provider, is pleased to announce the posting today of its 2014 Annual Report and the Notice of AGM. The AGM is scheduled to take place at 9.00 am on 22 May 2015 at the Company's registered office at Datapoint House, 400 Queensway Business Park, Queensway, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 7UL.
