Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", "the Group", AIM: TCM), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015. Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts have been posted to shareholders alongside the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Group's 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at 3.00pm on 24 May 2016 at Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available shortly on the Group's website at www.telit.com.
