Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Walcom announces that its annual report and accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2018 and the notice of annual general meeting (the "AGM") have today been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at www.walcomgroup.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
Walcom's AGM will be held at the offices of the its solicitors, Reeds Smith Richards Butler at 20th Floor, Alexandra House, 18 Chater Road, Central, Hong Kong at 2.30 p.m. on 12 June 2019.
