Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2025 ("Annual Report") and Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are today being posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on 27 February 2026 at the Company's head office, Dowlish Ford, Ilminster, Somerset TA19 0PF.
