Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
Eco City Vehicles announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were posted to shareholders today.
The AGM is to be held at the offices of Eco City Vehicles, Hemming House, Hemming Street, London, E1 5BL at 4.00 p.m. on Monday 23 July 2012.
