Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2019, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today. The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the AGM are available to view on the Company's website: https://www.honeycombplc.com/information and they have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

The AGM will be held at 1.00pm on 26 June 2020 at 11-12 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1JJ.

Covid-19

In light of UK Government restrictions on public gatherings and non-essential travel, the AGM will be run as a closed meeting, meaning shareholders will not be able to attend in person. However, shareholders are invited to use the available dial-in facility to listen and ask questions during the live Q&A session. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for full details of how to do so and for information regarding the voting arrangements.
