Roxi is pleased to announce that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG on Monday 30 June 2014 at 11.00am.
