Andes Energia announces that copies of the 2010 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Proxy Voting Form will be posted today to all registered shareholders and will be available for viewing on the Company's website, www.andesenergiaplc.com.ar
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Nabarro LLP at Lacon House, 84 Theobald's Road, London WC1 8RW on Wednesday 29 June 2011 at 10.00 a.m..
