Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2021 and Notice of AGM were posted or otherwise made available to shareholders today, 1 October 2021.
The Company's AGM is to be held at 1 New Walk Place, Leicester, LE1 6RU on 29 October 2021 at 10.00 am. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit their votes in advance, as well as any questions on the business to be transacted at the AGM. Details of how to do so are included in the Notice of AGM.
