Filta Group Holdings plc (AIM: FLTA), a provider of fryer management, grease management and other services to commercial kitchens, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have today been posted to shareholders.

The 2019 AGM will be held on 12 June 2019, commencing at 11.00 am, at The Locks, Hillmorton, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 4PP. The Notice of AGM has been sent to shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications. All shareholders will receive a personalised Form of Proxy.
