FreeAgent Holdings plc, a provider of cloud-based Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") accounting software solutions and mobile applications designed specifically for UK micro-businesses, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will be held at the offices of FreeAgent at One Edinburgh Quay, 133 Fountainbrdige, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG on 26 July 2017 at 2.00 p.m.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2017 and Notice of AGM will be posted today to shareholders. Electronic copies will be made available on the Company's website at www.freeagent.com.
