Posting of Annual Report and notice of AGM
FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017 has today been posted to shareholders of the Company and that copies are available on Company's website: www.fihplc.com.
FIH further announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday 31 August 2017 at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, London, EC1A 4HD. The notice of AGM and form of proxy to accompany the annual report have been sent to shareholders today.
