Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Servoca (AIM: SVCA), the AIM listed specialist recruitment solutions and outsourcing provider, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2015 and the notice of the Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders.

In addition, the Board confirms a maiden dividend of 0.3p per share for the year end which will be paid on 5 February 2016 to shareholders on the register at 8 January 2016. The associated ex-dividend date is 7 January 2016.
