Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Tricorn, the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that it has posted the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts to Shareholders, along with the Notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held at the Company's registered office of Spring Lane, Malvern Link, Worcestershire WR14 1DA, at 11.00 am on 9 September 2015.
Copies of the 2015 Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice setting out the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at www.tricorn.uk.com.
