Regenersis Plc announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders by the end of next week. The documents are now available to download from the Company's website www.regenersis.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Peel Hunt LLP, Moor House, 120 London Wall, London EC2Y 5ET on Wednesday 25 November 2015 at noon.
