NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, is pleased to announce that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2014, together with the Notice of AGM, has today been posted to shareholders. Copies of these document are also available on the Company's website at www.netplaytv.com.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 28 May 2015 at Battersea Studios, 80 Silverthorne Road, London SW8 3HE.
