Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

The Board of AFH, a leading financial planning led investment management firm, announces that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 October 2015 were posted to shareholders on 26 January 2016, together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts, the notice of AGM and the form of proxy are available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website (www.afhfinancialgroup.com) in accordance with the AIM Rules.

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of AFH, AFH House, Buntsford Drive, Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 4JE at 11.00 a.m. on 3 March 2016.
