blur Group plc (BLUR), a business services marketplace in the cloud at blurgroup.com, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 24 June 2014 at the offices of blur Group plc, Eagle House, 1 Babbage Way, Exeter Science Park, Clyst Honiton, Exeter, Devon EX5 2FN.
