Corac (AIM: CRA), the specialist engineering group focused on the aerospace & defence and energy & process industry sectors, announces that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 have been sent to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Both documents are available for download on the Company's website, www.corac.co.uk.
The AGM will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday 21 May 2015 at Warnford Court, 29 Throgmorton Street, London EC2N 2AT.
