Formation confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2010 and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today.

Formation's Annual General Meeting is to be held on 31 March 2011 at the offices of Imparando (UK) Ltd, 3rd floor, 56 Commercial Road, London E1 1LP at 11 am.
