Focus Xplore PLC (AIM: FOX), the strategic energy and critical minerals exploration and development company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders. These documents are available on the Company's website at www.focusxplore.com located under the Investors tab.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Arch Law Limited, Huckletree Floor 2, 8 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ at 2.30 p.m. on 30 June 2025.
