Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L) announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2017 including the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.
The AGM for 2017 will be held on Thursday, 26 October 2017 at MW House, 1 Penman Way, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SY, commencing at 10.00am. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy are also available on the Company's website www.mattioliwoods.com.
