Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Board Change at AGM

PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL, "PhotonStar" or "the Group"), the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, announces that on Friday, 27 May 2016, it posted to shareholders copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 together with the notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website www.photonstarled.com.

Phillip Marshall, a director who is due to retire by rotation, is not seeking re-election at the AGM on 23 June 2016 due to his other work commitments.
