 Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Circle Oil Plc (AIM: COP), the international oil and gas exploration, development and production company, announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2014 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00am on Friday 3 July 2015 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin, Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4.
