Posting of 2015 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that it has today sent to shareholders a hardcopy of, or the website link to, the 2015 Annual Report for the 12 months ended 30 June 2015 and the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00am (WST Perth) on 23rd December 2015 at Suite 1, 346 Barker Road Subiaco, Western Australia 6008.

In addition to the resolutions being proposed, the Annual General Meeting will also consider pursuant to the Companies Act 2006 whether, and if so what, steps should be taken to deal with the Company's net assets forming less than half its called-up share capital.
