easyHotel plc (AIM:EZH) ("easyHotel"), the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, confirms it posted on 14 December 2016 its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2016 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at 29 Cloth Fair, London EC1A 7NN at 10.30am on 23 January 2017.
