Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 15 September 2015 at its Registered Office: 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HL.

In connection with this, copies of the following documents, which were posted to shareholders on 15 July 2015, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM"):

§ Audited Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2015, which includes the Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting

§ Proxy Form for the 2015 Annual General Meeting
