The Company announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2014 and circular containing a notice convening an AGM (the "Circular") has been posted to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AU, United Kingdom at 1.00pm (BST) on Wednesday 20 May 2015.
