MXC Capital Limited (AIM: MXCP), the technology focused merchant bank, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2017, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Tuesday 13 February 2018 at 12.00 noon at 1st Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW.
