ProPhotonix Limited (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC: STKR), a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems, laser diode modules and a laser diode distributor with operations in Ireland and the U.K., announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 were posted to shareholders on 28 June 2013.
