Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Chamberlin plc announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009, the proposed amended Articles of Association and a letter to Shareholders, explaining the main changes have been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
An electronic copy of the Report and Accounts has been made available on the Company's website at www.chamberlin.co.uk.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Thursday 23 July 2009 at the Company's Registered Office, Chuckery Road, Walsall.
