Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

NU-Oil, the independent Oil and Gas Company, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015 were posted to shareholders earlier today and will shortly be available on the Company's website (www.nu-oilandgas.co.uk).

The Company also announces that Notice of the Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders. The meeting will be held at 10.30 am on Wednesday 27th January 2016 at the Museum of Science and Industry, Liverpool Rd, Manchester, M3 4FP.
