Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Swallowfield plc ('the Company'), the market leader in the development, formulation and supply of cosmetics, toiletries and related household products to the own label and branded sectors, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2009 to shareholders.
The Annual Report and Accounts will be available to download shortly from the Company's website www.swallowfield.com. Further copies may be obtained by contacting the Company Secretary at Swallowfield House, Station Road, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 8NL.
Notice has also been sent to shareholders convening the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 5 November 2009 at the Company's Registered Office, at 12.00 noon.
