Annual Report and Accounts for the 15 month period ended 31st December 2011

On 4 April 2012 Lonrho announced its Final Results for the 15 month period ended 31 December 2011 and the Annual Report and Accounts were published on the Company's website at www.lonrho.com.

Lonrho has today posted to shareholders and, in accordance with LR 9.6.1.R, has submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, printed copies of the Lonrho Annual Report & Accounts for the 15 month period ended 31 December 2011, which will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

The requirements of DTR 6.3.5 were met in Lonrho's 2011 Final Results announcement.
