Tower Resources plc ("Tower"), LN: TRP, the AIM listed oil and gas exploration company, announces that its Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 together with Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders.

The AGM is convened to be held at the offices of SGH Martineau LLP, 5th Floor, One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG on Tuesday 14 May 2013 at 10.00 a.m.
