In accordance with AIM Rule 20, Image Scan announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2009 will be posted to shareholders and made available on the Company's website www.ish.co.uk as of today.
The Company's AGM will be held on Thursday 25 March 2010 at 11am at the offices of Seymour Pierce, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7EN.
