The Company confirms, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, that its report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2014 has been posted to shareholders of the Company and that copies are available for download from the Company's website at www.avanticap.com.

The 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, Adelaide House, London Bridge, London EC4R 9HA on the 12th day of December 2014 at 11.30 a.m.
