Appointment of Graham Bowland as Chief Executive Officer
Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and AGM Notice
Surgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN), the designer and manufacturer of innovative medical devices, is pleased to announce that Graham Bowland, previously Group Finance Director, has been appointed to the role of Group Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
SI also announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 will be sent to shareholders on 30 April 2010. Electronic copies are available for download at www.surginnoir.com, the investor relations section of the Group's website.
The Group also gives notice that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00 pm on 25 May 2010 at Clayton Wood House, 6 Clayton Wood Bank, Leeds LS16 6QZ.
