Bowleven announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022 ('Report and Accounts'), containing a notice convening the 2022 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), has been posted to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at 10 a.m. (UK time) on Thursday, 1st December 2022 at The News Building, 3 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG.

The Report and Accounts will be available to view on the Company's website at www.bowleven.com/investor-relations/reports-results from tomorrow morning.
