ProPhotonix Limited (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX, OTC: STKR), a high technology designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules, with operations in Ireland and the United Kingdom, today announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended December 31, 2015, are available on the Company's website www.prophotonix.com. The 2016 Notice of AGM is expected to be posted to shareholders on or about April 7, 2016.
