Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 17 September 2012 at its Registered Office: 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HL.
