Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

 

EVR advises that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with a Notice of AGM, was today posted to shareholders. The AGM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 22 June 2017 at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.
