POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Secure Income REIT Plc (AIM: SIR), the specialist long term income REIT, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, containing the results for the year ended 31 December 2020 that were announced on 11 March 2021 and the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders today and is available in the Investor Centre on the Company's website at www.SecureIncomeREIT.co.uk.

The AGM of the Company is to be held at Cavendish House, 18 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PJ at 9.30am on Thursday 21 May 2021. The current Government advice would restrict attendees at an AGM and under current guidance we would not be able to permit shareholders to attend. The guidance is subject to change from time to time and we will continue to monitor Government and Public Health England advice and will notify shareholders by way of a further announcement should the arrangements change.

Shareholders are encouraged to exercise their voting rights and to submit their proxy votes in advance of the meeting. Shareholders may also submit questions for consideration at the meeting. The process for submitting proxy votes and questions is included in the notice of meeting posted to shareholders and available on the Company's website.
