Parity (AIM: PTY) confirms that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, which includes a Notice of Meeting and accompanying Form of Proxy for the Group's Annual General Meeting, to be held at 9.30am on 25 May 2017 at Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London, EC2A 4ES.
