Greka Drilling Limited (AIM: GDL), the largest independent and specialized unconventional oil & gas driller in Asia, announces that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2017 and also notice of its AGM which is to be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson at 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY on 30 July 2018 at 3.00 p.m. Copies of these documents are available on the Company's website: www.grekadrilling.com. With the publication of its annual report, the Company expects that trading in its shares on AIM will resume at 8.00 a.m. today.
