Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers and distributors of sports and leisure equipment, announces that the 2010 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available to view on the Company's website at www.tandemgroup.co.uk.

The 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 am on Monday 21 June 2010 at 35 Tameside Drive, Castle Bromwich, Birmingham B35 7AG.

The Company also announces that its nominated adviser has changed its legal status and is now Cairn Financial Advisers LLP.
