Posting of AGM Notice
Artilium announces that it has posted to shareholders a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at the offices of Morrison & Foerster (UK) LLP at 7th Floor, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW on 22 December 2009 at 10.00 am.
As announced on 12 November 2009, the Company intends to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2009 by mid December and to publish its annual report on the Company's website at www.artilium.com shortly thereafter.
