2008 Annual Report & Accounts and AGM Notice Posted
Regal Petroleum, the AIM-listed (RPT) oil and gas exploration and production group operating in Ukraine, Romania and Egypt, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting have now been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the Company's website at: www.regalpetroleum.co.uk.
The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 18 June 2009 at the offices of Citigate Dewe Rogerson, 3 London Wall Buildings, London Wall, London EC2M 5SY.
